US - LBI Media Holdings Inc, a unit of Liberman Broadcasting Inc, agreed to buy the certain assets of KVIB (FM) 95.1 Latino Vibe, an owner and operator of radio stations and a unit of Sun City Communications, for an estimated $15 mil in cash. The transaction was subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
