Liberman Broadcasting (LBI) owns and operates more than 15 Spanish-language radio stations and four Spanish-language television stations in California and Texas. The company also owns television production facilities in Dallas, Houston, and Burbank, California. LBI is expanding through acquisitions, such as its 2006 purchase of five Dallas radio stations from Entravision. Father-and-son team Jose and Lenard Liberman founded Liberman Broadcasting in 1987 and own more than 95% of the company.

When we say we're "The Official Liberman Broadcasting, Inc. Exposed Blog (SM)", that doesn't mean we're really "official." We're the "official exposed blog". We are NOT endorsed, encouraged, or accepted by anyone at Liberman Broadcasting, Inc., or it's management, board, and yada yada (at least that we know of). The use of the name "Liberman Broadcasting, Inc." in our name is merely to reflect that the content of this blog is about the company, and that we're exposing information about the company in an official way.
