Horton hears...the ca-ching of the cash register...

We haven't been doing The Official LBI Exposed Blog long enough to get all the good stuff as it is current, so we have to dig up the old stuff, too.  And sometimes the old stuff leads a trail to the good stuff!

Like these little gems from Mr. Winter Horton.  Need some money, Mr. Horton?  How about a loan of $30K in 1998?  (And, you lucky devil, no mention anywhere of any interest amount.  What a deal!)

Or another loan of $36K on November 22, 2002, that will also be provided interest free, granted it's paid off by January 1, 2010?

But, certainly that's not enough.  Why not get $349K on November 29, 2002, just eight days later?  Mr. Winter W. Horton, and your lovely wife Amanda L. Horton have until December 31, 2009, to pay this baby off, or "that certain real property located at 686 South Arroyo Boulevard, Pasadena, California, 91105" could be in certain real jeopardy.

Who knows.  You might not care.  After all, this doesn't look like much...

But, I bet it made a nice Christmas present to yourself on December 23, 2002, when you bought it for $1,180,000.  And it's quite a large place, too, with 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 3,365 square feet.  In fact, that sounds like quite a place.  Not bad for a place built in 1924.  The previous owner, Patricia M. Giermann probably didn't have an $880,000 mortgage through Bank of America on it.  Did you pack up the moving van from 2661 Hodgson Circle Drive, in Topanga, CA,  on Christmas Eve?  Or did we miss something?  We doubt any of the reportedly "older" neighbors helped you out.  After all, they're all about 65 to 70, according to our sources.

We hear Rhode Island is quite nice in the spring.  Particularly at the beach...
