Apparently, Fuentes was a bad boy...

First off, we notice this note, dated July 8, 2008, from AllAccess:
LIBERMAN Top 40/Rhythmic KZZA (CASA 106.7)/DALLAS makes the programming move from Top 40/Rhythmic to Latin Rhythmic as PD AL FUENTES flips the station's music mix from 80% English and 20% Spanish to 80% Spanish and 20% English.

FUENTES tells ALL ACCESS, "We saw that 90% of our audience was Latino so we felt we are now targeting our listeners with a better product." FUENTES added, "From a programming/sales perspective, this move completes the package for LIBERMAN/DALLAS. We cover all the Spanish formats and demographics now."
Then, we note, that, 3 days later, Fuentes is OUT!

LIBERMAN Spanish KZZA (CASA 106.7)/DALLAS PD AL FUENTES has exited. No word yet on who is now handling programming duties at the station.

Earlier this week KZZA flipped from Top 40/Rhythmic to Latin Rhythmic.
We're not used to hearing anything about LBI from anyone other than Leonardo, himself, so we don't think it's a bit of a stretch to say "he who opens his mouth finds himself looking for new job", or however you say that, in Spanish...

We wonder how things are going to work out, especially since our information says that this new PD lives in Los Angeles...
LIBERMAN Spanish KZZA (CASA 106.7)/DALLAS has a new PD inbound.

RAQUENELL VILLARREAL succeeds AL FUENTES, who exited on FRIDAY (7/11).
