Lenard Liberman has served as LBI Executive Vice President, Secretary and Member of the Board of Directors since the company's formation in 1987. Mr. Liberman manages all day-to-day LBI operations, including acquisitions and strategic planning. He received a Juris Doctorate degree and Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University in 1987. Mr. Liberman is a Member of the California Bar.

Liberman Broadcasting (LBI) owns and operates more than 15 Spanish-language radio stations and four Spanish-language television stations in California and Texas. The company also owns television production facilities in Dallas, Houston, and Burbank, California. LBI is expanding through acquisitions, such as its 2006 purchase of five Dallas radio stations from Entravision. Father-and-son team Jose and Lenard Liberman founded Liberman Broadcasting in 1987 and own more than 95% of the company.
