Winter Horton joined LBI in 1997 as Vice President of Programming for KRCA CH62 television. In 2001 Mr. Horton, while serving as Corporate Vice President, launched LBI's four radio stations and one television station in Houston. In 2004 he launched KMPX Ch 29 and radio KNOR, both in Dallas-Ft. Worth Mr. Horton is currently responsible for all LBI Texas properties, and continues to oversee all television production in LBI's Burbank facility. He splits time between Burbank and Texas weekly.
